Content on stluciashoreexcursions.com is general information for cruise passengers planning time ashore in St Lucia. Conditions change: roads, weather, pier assignments and operator practices can differ from published descriptions.
Where you request an excursion online, payment takes a booking request — it does not confirm places. Confirmation is emailed separately after we arrange your excursion. Free cancellation up to 14 days before your excursion. Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. If we are unable to confirm your excursion after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
You are responsible for confirming details with your cruise line and for returning to your ship on time. We are not liable for missed ships, itinerary changes or third-party services.
